Ms. Shana Runions joined the law firm in February 2005. Shana has a B.A. in accounting from
Texas Tech University and a JD from South Texas College of Law. Before joining the firm,
Shana worked as an accountant for a Houston based oil company. Shana's practice focuses on
business planning and structuring for closely held businesses, asset protection and bankruptcy.
